Egresado del Instituto Estatal de Cine de Moscú,
en donde obtuvo el título de Director de Cine
y una Maestría en Bellas Artes. Personalidad
Emérito del Arte de la República Federativa
Rusa. Galardonado con el Premio Estatal Mijail
Lomonosov, otorgado por el gobierno de la Unión
Soviética. maestro emérito de la Universidad de
Guadalajara. Su obra cinematográfica, realizada
en Rusia y otros países de Europa y Asia,
comprende alrededor de cien películas entre
cortos y largometrajes, incluyendo filmaciones
realizadas en el Polo Norte. Merecedor de
premios y reconocimientos otorgados en
festivales de Inglaterra, Checoslovaquia, Italia,
Hungría, Uruguay, Argentina y México. Es
fundador de la Escuela de Cine de la Universidad
de Guadalajara, jefe del Departamento de
Imagen y Sonido y maestro de las materias de
Realización y Documental.
Boris studied at the State Institute of
Cinematography in Moscow, where he received a
academic degree as Film Director, he also studied
a Master Degree on Fine Arts. Emeritus Person
in The Arts by the Russian Federal Republic. He
received the State Award Mijail Lomonosov,
granted by the Soviet Government. Emeritus
Professor by the University of Guadalajara.
Boris has worked in nearly 100 films, short
films and feature, in Russia and other countries
in Europe and Asia, including productions
filmed in the North Pole. Boris has received
awards and recognitions in festivals in England,
Czechoslovakia, Italy, Hungary, Argentina and
Mexico. He is founder of the “Escuela de Cine de
la Universidad de Guadalajara”, Director of the
“Departamento de Imagen y Sonido” and professor
of Filmmaking. and Documentary.
